Breathing Practice, Prayers, and Meditation based on the teaching of Dr. Henele Ealy of Energetic Health Institute.

Breathing practices, prayers, and meditation are ancient methods for enhancing spiritual and physical well-being. They often involve breath focus to promote mindfulness, reduce stress, and deepen connections with the divine. For example, breath prayers mix deep breathing with meditative prayer, calming the body and centering the mind on God’s presence or whoever higher power you worship. Breath meditation, which involves observing the breath, can lead to relaxation and mental clarity, improving overall health and reducing anxiety. This combination of breathing and prayer is recognized as a powerful tool for spiritual growth and healing, influencing both mental and physical health while strengthening one’s faith.  Below is a technique that I learned from my teacher, Dr. Henele Ealy.  I know this will work for me, and I know it will help you.  His belief that we are all being of light in an electrical body design to heal ourselves. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

  • Feel the sensation of the air entering and leaving your nostrils.
